Facility Supervisor/(College Grove) Part-Time

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to serve as a Part-Time Facility Supervisor at the College Grove Community Center. This position is responsible for helping ensure the safe, efficient, and welcoming operation of the facility during scheduled shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor activities, programs, and events in the gymnasium.

Oversee facility rentals and assist with rental-related activities.

Greet patrons and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing information about facility programs, services, and policies.

Monitor facility use and ensure patrons follow established rules, policies, and procedures.

Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the facility as needed.

Address routine facility concerns and report maintenance or safety issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid TN driver's license required.

Previous customer service, recreation, facility operations, or supervisory experience is preferred.

Must be able to communicate effectively and interact professionally with the public.

Must be comfortable enforcing facility policies and procedures in a courteous and professional manner.

Must be available to work evenings and occasional weekends.

Successful completion of a background check is required.

Position Details:

Schedule: Part-Time, up to 15–20 hours per week
