Lifeguard (Part-Time)

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking part-time Lifeguards for our locations in Brentwood, Franklin, and Spring Hill.

Hourly pay: $13.00 - $20.00

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the safety of patrons and swimmers, including water surveillance, rule enforcement, rescues, and first aid as needed.

• Performing daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and facility areas.

• Completing daily reports and participating in in-service training to maintain lifeguard skills.

• Performing equipment checks and ensuring necessary equipment is available.

• Providing clear, concise, and effective communication with guests and Water Safety Team members to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.

Details:

• Up to 28 hours per week.

• Must be at least 15 years of age and possess current lifeguard certification.

• Background check required.

** We offer flexible schedules and free lifeguard certification and CPR classes.
