• Hold an active medical license in Tennessee in good standing with no restrictions
• Are board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics
• Have completed or are completing a pediatric residency at an accredited program
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues
• Thrive in an independent practice environment and value the autonomy that comes with it
• Take ownership of your clinical decisions and hold yourself to a high personal standard

Nurture Pediatrics is a physician-owned independent pediatric practice serving families across Smyrna and Nolensville, Tennessee.
